Very little is known about the gleaming white buildings and shining streets of Neo-Fantasium, nor its... odd geometry, except that it exists as a world outside of Fantasium. Only two of the members of ARTIFACT have ever been and seen Neo-Fantasium, and are the only way to know what there was- gleaming, white buildings, made of some sort of metal, structually strange. It is said only one Fantasm truly lives there- are there more that have never been discovered? Who knows
